But it won’t be that. We know that because it wasn’t before.
E5/6 etc only really gets going loudly (and standing) when E1/2/3 gets going and they join in.
And let’s face it we haven’t got enough loud fans to split them up
Also yes we’re behind the goal, but only just. Away fans are immediately beside one side of the goal.

It’s the, oh you can move if you don’t like the price rise, ok dickheads, what if all 4000 increased priced seats moved, what would that look like with a massive empty section in the East Stand, I know it won’t happen, and people getting cheaper seats piously rebuking others for not being happy because someone else is subsidising their seat.

Adults passes have never subsidised kids or pensioners seats, that’s built in to society, and has been, probably for centuries, kids get cheap meals, etc., pensioners get a lifetime discount for paying in for 50 odd years, Allam tried that ****s trick tactic, but Acun has deliberately upped prices for some and dropped prices for others, totally unfair.

Banging on about how much more passes were a few years ago, matters not, from last season to this, in a cost of living crisis, to increase passes for the select few is bang out of order, and Acun needs to re think it.

havent the seats down the side always been more in the past? they are generally considered "better" seats, even though some like me don't like them.
if anything , Ehab charging the same for any seat in the stadium is the anomaly in this

There's very few stadiums in the world where the seats on the half way line are the same price as the ones behind the goal. It doesn't make sense, as you're right they're considered 'better' seats and that's why you'd expect to pay more.

It's like going to a concert and the front row seats being the same price as the back. It's not usual so I don't see this as an unfair change

Understand you're upset but think you're overreacting a bit to a 5 quid extra a month fee.

I don't really understand your point here. I don't see the adults tickets subsidising the kids tickets? Isn't it just the tickets behind the goals are £5 cheaper but the ones at the sides are £5 more expensive?

And isn't that because the seats on the sides are 'nicer' and therefore in theory at least are in higher demand?

I’m not upset for me cos I’m an old **** so it’s only £2.50 for me, I’m upset because people like you think other people paying more money is ok, when you don’t have to pay it, one fan is having to pay another £240 a year for him and his 3 family members, are you ok with that?

You still don’t get it do you? We have to pay more whilst other people pay less, when money is tight for everyone.

No I do get that, and I posted previously that I agreed with you that I don't think its the best idea to raise prices.

But that bit hasn't really got anything to do with the children getting in free though? Because the prices for adults have clearly changed to £5 more and £5 less, which balance out. They kids stuff is extra?

I’ve reflected on my initial opinion last night.

And I still feel exactly the same

The rest is fine, some of it is great, but moving fans yet again is poorly thought out.

It didn’t improve the atmosphere last time it was done because it split the main vocal section from the section which can sometimes get vocal in the right atmosphere. It’s a bad decision that has been tried before and proven to be a bad decision.

Oh and the concourse behind North is absolutely **** too.

    Overall quite pissed off actually

Are kids tickets also going up by 5 quid? That would be rather surprising and something I've missed. I thought it was just adults? And if that family has a kid under 10 they were previously paying for a pass they no longer have to pay for.

The increase is a fiver a month per membership, which is 60 quid for the year. If you count a family of 4 paying full price you get to 240 for the year. Feel for those families of 8.
Or you could say it's 16.5 pennies a day more per membership.

As above, I don't believe kid tickets are going up by 5 quid, and for families with kids under 10 (which I would think would be at least a sizeable chunk of families of 4 if we're using that as our base case) they're suddenly getting a huge saving.

Isnt Moving the fans is the result of a few fans being sent a questionnaire about improving the match day experience and those fans suggesting a move back to the north - wasnt the fans representatives involved - maybe I dreamt it
