Ok another question, how old are you Libby? Ad long as you don't mind asking. I am 53 and Everton have escaped season in season out, hanging on by their fingertips. I would rather see Burnley stay up, look at the fight they have put in and Leeds too.
What and Everton didn't show fight by beating United and Chelsea and coming from 2-0 down in their final home game? What fight have Leeds shown exactly? I'm early 30s so remember them being **** pre-Moyes (and most of time since tbf) - at your age you must remember '84 well which has probably shaped your view. They've still not 'hung on by fingertips' as much as Burnley either. Strange comparison that.
Their fans are arrogant (or were before this season anyway), their owners are dickheads and the away section at Goodison is absolutely awful. Really wanted them to go down.
The neutral fan in me would like Burnley to go down on Sunday. The Saints fan in me would like Leeds to go down on Sunday. The Saints fan will always win out in that debate.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but we'll get relegated before they do. Why don't you like Moshiri btw? Just curious.
I wasn't saying Leeds where fighting, but I really wanted them to stay up. We both have different opinions, it's so lucky Saints came back again Brighton for one.
Really? Cos we'd be delighted and really welcoming if Harry rocked up to manage us lol Edit - unless you're talking about the **** outside his house. That was awful yeah but a few idiots hardly representative of the entire fanbase.
That was before he took Pompey to their greatest success of their modern history. So you reckon we'd all be sound if he was our next manager? I certainly wouldn't be.
Michael Keane just said on tv, they shouldn't of been where they are! What a complete w**ker. They where s**t all season, and absolutely deserved to be down there.
I was at Goodison Park years ago and saw them play Chelsea. There was a group.of Everton fans baiting Chelsea's mob, when oñe of them launched a flare at Chelsea's followers. Thankfully it was directed into the roof and fizzled out!!
Funny how intelligent guys like myself loathe a particular side. I feel it is a tossup between Liverpool and Everton for quite a number on this board. For me it is Manchester United, then Chelsea (not because of their hooligans but are any of them from London?), whereas as Arsenal's is certainly much more reflective of London's population.
