Góðan daginn til allra. Cappuccino, coffee, tea donuts and fruit are on the bar.

I feel a bit bad. We did not stop until kl3.00 and there was a win as well.

Been "pen-proofing" the pigs - what is it with animals that make them all escapologists? The next field is no better than the one you are in !!!!

Morning all (well just!) - a bit of a sore head as I got in at 02.30 this morning but benefited from the clock going back. Great day yesterday and had a quick chat with some of the legends - Allan Smart is a really nice bloke and his wife is just lovely and we had real laugh with Luther...he ripped my mates daughter and her friend for drinking 2 bottles of Rose during the afternoon...

I hope all The Nest regulars have brought their poppies and are wearing them with pride..

Just seen my brother off to the airport...back on a plane back to Australia after a month in the UK. He was privileged to see his first game at the Vic yesterday and now claims to be bringer of good luck. Since his next visit may be in 2/3 years' time this may not be such a good thing!

We did have a great last day though...sausage butties and English beer, lots of goals and even a little wit. No bets were won on the 3-2 final score but at least there were soe thigs to enthuse about on the drive home. Good to see Marvin looking interested again but my MOM would have been Nosworthy who hardly put a foot wrong. Central midfield got more involved, so much so JE wasn't missed, but Forsyth's lack of pace and Dickinson's lack of mobility in the tackle made that side of he defence look woeful. Much as I like Lloyd, it was good to see a young player, Hodson, back in and passing the ball to a plyer on his own team.

Turning the clocks forward or backwards is silly. Chose one time and stay with that.

I can understand there was historic reasons for changing the hour for factory production in the world war and again in the second war. Is it really needed now.

If we had soldiers dying I think it is good they are supported by the population. Is the problem they are chosing this, joining military forces is not compulsory any more, and that your politicians are fighting wars now for their vanity.

I don't like this faffing around with time changing. And I especially don't like it getting dark early. I don't mind it being dark in the morning, but not in the afternoon!
