Where does any source say that Mike Ashley ST holders will get priority? I can't see that, and it sounds like BS.

 

10th Paragraph in the article........

"Newcastle must decide whether to give priority to those who previously held season tickets – and those with a purchase history.
This would at least ensure that those fans who followed the team during its lean Ashley years get the opportunity to return to watch matches during a hoped-for challenge for European football and trophies."

If they go down this historical purchase route they have gone above and beyond anything I would have thought and some still aren't happy man.

Not really. run a data base enquiry and boom. You have every season ticket holder for last 15 years. You then mark them and allow them access to ticket section via log in details on website.

Granted those that have changed log in details etc will have to contact box office via phone which will be **** for them but it's doable.

You asked where it stated that in the article. saying it was BS, I replied and showed you. At no point did I say that a club source had said that.

Theorizing may be a bit of long stretch on your part. NUST had a meeting with the club and brought this up - It was one of their board members election pledges regarding fans that had jacked them in - I thought you'd be happy about this.

As for the ST holders getting a priority - It makes sense to allow current ST holders to purchase extra so friends and family can sit next to each other. Sorry if this one doesn't fit your agenda.

I already have mine (ST). I've already renewed. I couldn't give a **** if they decide to give the remaining seats to the children of Africa and fly them in on a weekly basis.

Only interest I have in any of this is IF Season Ticket Holders do get priority I will be buying extra - for members on here, If not, no harm done.

I was simply clarifying as I've heard others make the same point, as it would probably raise some concern.

 

You best to check the club site regularly. Or phone them up whenever you get a chance. Twatter may be one to keep an eye on for the ticket announcements as that will blow up the second the club site updates. Everything else is just a theory.
