Don't know if it really counts as spongeing. The Rishter in his wisdom decided that I was a suitable case for help. The basis of this was that I was a bona fide businessman with trade premises that I was liable for rates on. ( Even though I got 100% relief) Furthermore yon Rishter decided that I should benefit from a further handout related to my previous years tax returns. I checked on my eligibility before accepting this kind largesse. The Rishter probably assumed I was a Tory. Off to Frogland early next month.
