To be fair I was not putting the emphasis on 'hard'; although he does get a foot in and can then take it forward, creating or scoring goals - a far better player than some on here claim - I do wonder if they have ever played the game!

All we need is to extend the loans of Brady and Waghorn and buy a centre half for cover. Perhaps Ryan Bennett from Peterbrough? So long as Fryatt, McLean and Waghorn manage to finish a few of the half dozen chances that they get most weeks we'll be fine. We have the best defense in the league so I'm not changing it. The criticism that Hobbs gets is completely over the top. In fact I think the only weak(ish) link that we actually have is Evans in centre mid. But that's just my opinion.

Fair shout that mate. I'm not a fan of Evans either, would rather see Oli or McKenna in there than Evans.

with the players we have already at the club due to come between now and december, IMO....... One Out and Out Goal Scorer to clinch promotion.

he missed DONCASTERS home game with Coventry saturday due to Personel Problems. Maybe City could deal Simpson to Doncaster in Jan for Sharp ? Then again at the rate Simmo is going get him back in JAN. hE got 2 goals and 2 assits against Ipswich. He now has 3 goals for the Lions. Just a thought,

nice trio but Rhodes maybe a tad to much. Nicky Maynard along with Gerrard and Butterfield is a good shout. Ewbanks-Blake will be needed by Wolvers for the relegation dog fight.

Will watch Butterfield with interest 2moz.

sorry. IMO.... i would never trust or touch that one ever again. i think sunderland will bin him at the first opportunity.

JORDAN IBE the 15 year-old Wycome Lad who scored against Sheff Wed on sat. Hear PL cluibs are sniffing about but the reports on him look very good.

Was told at Forest that NP has his targets already and dont rule out another Man Utd player. Owen and Berbatov were joked about but a name that would trump all others mentioned Even as a loan would be the italian lad Macheda.

Ibe looks to be on his way to Liverpool, he's already been training at Melwood and apparently Dalglish really rates him.

Macheda had a disastrous season on loan Sampdoria, but there's no doubt he's a decent prospect.

did not know that about Ibe but @ 15 is years off being ready for Liverpool. Fulham have bid £100,000 for him but Ibe says he wants a bigger club. Maybe next summer when City are PL ?

Macheda is a cracking player who has lost his way. With our record with Man Utd players maybe SAF will drive Macheda here himself. ? lol. He would really get the KC buzzing in jan if it happened.
