It looks that way mate. He only bought yesterday and has sent me a screenshot of the ticket emailed to him. I'm guessing it arrived as soon as he purchased it.

If the ease of use of our website is anything to go by I'm gonna say it's an issue at our end
 
There is no 'download to wallet' option like there is for normal SAFC tickets. Doesn't look like opening the pdf and zooming in on the QR code will work.

Must be printed.

Just a pdf attachment on an email with the tickets called 'Wembley ticket_1', Wembley Ticket_2' etc.....

the options to download to apple/google wallet isnt there like it has been on previous tickets iv bought for cup games.

I've downloaded the PDF documents to my phone but they just open as a regular PDF document in mu 'downloads' - not in wallet and it sounds like these wont work.

Edit: the ticket says 2 options but only provides one option:

Please choose from these two options:
Print at Home Tickets
Print your barcoded tickets which can be presented at your turnstile where it will be scanned on entry
