So basically my flat was wrecked in storm arwen, and the roof came off, water pissing in.

I had literally hours to get out before the ceilings collapsed and have been living with parents since december.

I've been making a lot of claims through buildings insurance for the structure and carpets, but now it's finally time to get my contents insurance sorted.

I've sent them info about everything damaged and videos from the time the storm happened, showing the flat wrecked, and they now still want up close and personal photos of every objected damaged.

The management company for my block of flats had all my furniture put into storage somewhere and I don't know if I'm gonna get access.

Surely this should be enough ffs -

Basically they'll do everything they can to get out of paying, and if they find any way to transfer the cause onto someone else (you or another person), they will.

If they want close up and personal shots, then go and take those, send them to them, and follow it up with a call to say you've done what they asked to what are they going to do next. They'll also sot on things indefinitely if you don't get on to them.

I'd go down the charity shop and buy loads of cheap stuff... this helps the charity... then... smash it up a bit... then photograph it and send it in... this helps you.
