At least you know we probably won't get out done on financials. He seems like a good lad too but he'll want European football I suspect. I think he'd do well in that Arsenal team but they always seem to have loads of these #10 types. If I was a player right now I'd be massively cautious about signing for Man U. Seems a very bad atmosphere and promising players seem to be under performing and look to be getting a bad rep that is going to stick with them.
You do wonder if the lack of European football will make a difference to really good players. It didn't put Bruno off despite us flirting strongly with going down. We're about to find out.
It won't with Ekitike, It won't with Paquetta. It wouldn't for anyone in a ****ter league like France or Holland or Portugal. It might for some big name players here and in Spain/Italy if they are at a top club.
