I would have more respect for him if he just came out and said we were crap and didn't deserve a ****ing thing out of the game rather than peddle all this bollox after every game.

Any consolation Souness thinks Burnley will be the ones, he can’t see them getting another point, I can’t see us getting one either that’s the problem
The entire team have looked poor more often than not. All season we’ve been waiting for the next injured player to return believing they’ll make the difference. We pinned our hopes on Phillips and because results haven’t got better he’s the target at the moment when he really is no worse than those around him. If Bamford returns for the last two and misses a sitter which he has done his entire career the focus will be on him if we lose
I said before his first game that i wouldn’t judge him on this season, that I’d judge him 10 games into next season. People can think he’s this he’s that. Like you wave a wand and it all comes good. It hasn’t and it generally doesn’t. We’ve taken no points from 3 games we expected no points from. In two of them we’ve played 3/4 of the game with 10 men. Today I was shocked by the system and surprised we didn’t do something to plug gaping holes in the middle so I wasn’t impressed by his team set up. I’ve felt the same on countless occasions with bielsa. Every fan does with every manager when they try something that doesn’t work. So yes I’d have concerns going in to next season… I would with any manager, but if you speak to anyone in the game, it takes time to build a side and in this case deconstruct a unique playing system that was failing. And however much we love bielsa, it was failing. To me the damage was already done this season. I don’t care if they sack him or keep him. I don’t care what he says in the media, only what his team does and the circumstances don’t allow for a fair judgement. Whoever manages Leeds needs a full pre-season, and the squad refreshing.
The system is looking totally out of place in the PL, a few times players were looking out wide for an option to pass to, no one there, must be pretty easy for quality players to counter, as we've seen. This system is shambolic at Manure, and they've a much better squad than we have.
Did you blink? seriously we were chaotic for 10 minutes… actually thought we then had an ok spell for 10 minutes where we looked like we were getting a foothold… then James happened.
This is what scares me, Jesse believes it should work because it was taught in some coaching school. He cant see it isn’t and won’t ever work. His backroom team as well, Toshack, Swansea youth team, Paphos then out of work for two years before joining us. The players are not buying into Jesse
