How do i link a family member to my account?

 

Reet just off the phone to box office again and its same state of play.

Season ticket holders can only renew current seat and not add extra tickets or move elsewhere in stadium.

No decision made on if any extra season tickets will be issued. If there is a decision made then it will be announced on the clubs website first.

They have no idea if there will be a general sale and no idea when this would take place or what the priorities would be, if there was any.

Basically keep an eye out on club website for all information.

 

Log in to website. click on profile, click on linked accounts. (gold writing above Account information)

 

Go to book.nufc.co.uk
Top right - Go to your name and then personal details
Go to the bottom left - Manage relationships, then create a relationship.

 

Check out linked image - Website seems to be set up so that buying season tickets for others is normal, so unless it changes this season, I should be good.

 

So i've linked him to mine and it says..

"Supporters for whom you can buy or renew a Season Ticket and view transactional history are indicated by a star."

But there's no star next to his name. Any ideas?

 

How is he related to you?

I mean, father, brother, uncle?

 

Father, dunno why that would matter.

Does he have to link me to his account aswell maybe.

 

Can you see a number in brackets next to his name? His supporter ID?

And no he doesn't have to link you, just whoever is buying the tickets.

 

It's alright i've done it now, i put group relationship instead of family and it's now a strong relationship with a star.

 

So when are ST's on sale?

 

Current season ticket holders have until the 19th to renew, after that it will basically be waiting until the website is updated with a date for member or gen sale.

 

If current season ticket holders can't buy additional season tickets, that must mean that there's going to be quite a few as about 10k season ticket holders walked away and this is the first chance of those being bought again.

Just renewed my season tickets (well my brother has)

Couldn't get on to pay even though I was logged on to the website
Rang my brother who had just renewed his and he was able to access my account and pay for my tickets through the friends and family (wtf)

 

I have a plan and a secondary plan set up

 

If it all fails I'm too going to take it out on the board
