I think you’re partly right but it’s a bit like Johnson with Brexit. The right wing won the war with the rational ones in the Tories when the country voted right wing. If Starmer gets a bit of success many people will back the winner. Not the Momentum dickheads - Owen Jones and Co - obviously but the power is drifting away from them. Nowts been confirmed from what I can see. Indications I would say are that he’ll be exonerated but we shall see. Those who love the Tories will say it’s a conspiracy and vice versa. Indications also are that Johnson will get a few more fines. Time will tell. It’s a case of wait and see now.
