I reckon he'll get at least half an hour tonight.

If we start to run out of steam, like we did on Friday, we'll need fresh legs to keep up the pace, that's for sure.

Geads isn't the quickest in the squad, so if he's fit, AN might even give him a start, rather thn bringing him on in the second half.

That said, our current forward line is suffice...

I wonder if AN is gonna suprise us, or stick with the norm line up.

    Can't wait man !!!!!!!!!!!

Reading some of the posts on owlstalk, there are several decent lads on there, basically saying, support SW come what may, thats our lot in life, no whinging.

Its a pity them and us did not go up automatically.
Having said all that we just have to draw/win tonight....c'mon lads fight with skill passion and strength. For those going to the match as they say, "sing your hearts out for the lads".

As you might tell, I am very nervous already... I have stopped diy cos my head is not on it.

Pity this tie would have made a good Wembley final, same in the Championship with Sheff U v Forest.

Luongo should have been booked for diving before he got his first yellow imo

Brilliant thread again RTB. Already looking forward to your Wembley Special!

Need to be committed tonight, but have to be wary not to give too many silly free kicks away. If we play our normal game, I can't see us losing.

My train and hotel is already booked. Fancied a long weekend in the smoke anyway. My daughter, who has Downs, has been begging to go to Wembley again. When we win, We'll have a game to go to (if I can get tickets). If not, I'll take her to see Wembley anyway and just enjoy the weekend.

Expecting a draw or a narrow win for us tonight, so hopefully she'll get her wish.

Almost time lads. All we can ask is you give your all to the cause. Leave nothing out there on the pitch no regrets. If you do that we will be fine. Great thread RTB as always and only one more to go a Wembley Extravaganza. Keep the faith lads and lasses.

Rumours in Sheffield that Peacock-Farrell is injured and Wildsmith starting in goal

They’re not best pleased about that.

cheers again RTB for the penultimate match day thread...

feeling quite calm at the minute to be honest, AN has proven he can 'mess with the squad' yet still get the desired performances (when LJ did the same he seemed to mess it all up), make no mistake, SW will be well up for this and fly out of the blocks, if we can just keep the ball and pass it about rather than going hell for leather trying to score it will frustrate them and get them pushing...hoping broadhead is able to start or at least get the 2nd half out of him as he and stewart are perfect for getting in behind them.

hopefully, with the momentum we have built recently things might just go our way for once and we start getting the rub of the green, amazing how nothing seems to fall 'just right' for our lads.

agree with others, this really should have been the final as we know 'they' will play the usual sh1thouse game whoever gets to join them.
