Leeds United have broken the Premier League record for most yellow cards recorded in a single campaign. Jesse Marsch’s side have earned 96 yellow cards in 2021-22, breaking Sunderland’s tally of 94 from 2014-15.
Can Drameh come back for the last few games? I’d assume we’re going to play 3 at the back with Shackleton or Raphinha at RWB? Perfect timing from Ayling with Dallas out. Bate looked decent in the second half apart from getting tackled when our GK was in the box. Meslier and Harrison were both shocking today and CB’s have no composure. Shocking marking from the goal and Ayling was awful before his red.
I've no problem with the decision but don't tell me the top 6 don't get the decisions, it wasn't a season finisher like this could have been and not even a yellow, where was VAR for this one
In the 90th minute, when Meslier went up for the corner, does anyone else think he should have made a better effort to sprint back to his line. Fortunately, Bate saved us.
Not at that point. Bate should have hail Mary'd it back into the box with his first touch. Once he had a second touch it was always going to be 50/50. At that point it was irrelevant whether it was 2-1 or 3-1.
Still think Burnley will lose to villa and spurs, and then draw or beat Newcastle on the final day. which means if you beat Brighton at home and draw against either Chelsea or brentford you’ll stay up.
That's not gonna happen . We'll lose to Chelsea and Brighton and draw to Brentford. If we do survive it will be because Burnley lose there last 3 games
Exactly, we've had a few this season. The non penalty at Newcastle another thatbsprings to mind, how we could do with those 2 points now
