Gutted we couldn't hang on for the three points but in any other situation that is a brilliant point for Spurs. So resolute at the back and superb character against arguably the best side in Europe at Anfield. We could have even nicked it at the end too. DM isn't the issue, as someone like Parker or Jorginho likely would've rifled it into the bottom corner, the issue is Hojbjerg isn't a player for clutch situations It's weird, but if it was Romero in that same position you'd feel more confident he'd make the right choice as he's a clutch player, let alone any of Kane/Son/Deki
weirdly we had higher expectations of your performance than you and think we more on the money unfortunately . not sure a point did either of us much good tbh but it is what it is .
Kept Liverpool quiet, only proper chances were a couple of headers from corners. Final ball just lacking a bit, sure there was a simple cross in to son from Emerson if they got it right a couple of times. Leeds fighting for their lives so you never know. Arsenals last two slightly tougher than ours as well so make sure we win Thursday and can see us pipping them.
That's why Hojbjerg needs upgrading next next season. Heart on his sleeves player and a very good squad player but we need better. Conte is building something great at Spurs .

It was a good performance and we really should have won, their goal was a massive deflection, other than that they created fack all. Some better decision making and better final balls and we would have scored again for sure. Even Oliverpool had a decent game, the only problems we had with him were failing to book Fabinho sooner and not doing anything about an elbow on Son, its amazing how well we can play in difficult stadiums when the officials do their jobs properly most of the time. Those 2 points we had taken away by the officials at St Mary`s are looking ever more vital now. Cmon Leeds tomorrow!
