First half was the worst I've seen us play in a long time and I knew it couldn't continue. I was certain we'd get one goal at least. 3 is nice.

Trent and Robbo were awful. Keita was lost in midfield and Thiago gave the ball away far to often n the first half. VVD and Konate looked good at the back. Salah poor again. Jota was a surprise t=starter and achieved very little. But came good in the end and another CL final. Would prefer Real to City as playing City would be just another PL game.

We had a great first 1st leg against Barca in the semi in the way we played and chances created yet still lost 3-0. We’re back in the final. The records won’t show awful first half, It will just show Villareal 2 Liverpool 3.
****ing fuming, and I mean ****ing fuming, in that first half. I'd have happily filled in the referees face too! I did call it around 25-30mins though; no way they could sustain that level of energy for ninety minutes, they were going to always hit burn out and we'd take control, happened a bit sooner than I expected though.
