    How about they have no accountability due to the fact they are not democratically elected and only there because of the family they were born into.

    carbon footprint <laugh> ive done my bit though as has been documnted on here i sold my m5 and bought a 2.2l 520i <ok> im now dsoing 22mpg instead of 17

    If they actually had any actual power, then I'd agree with you but as it is, they're pretty much just figureheads.
