Liverpool had to work for that I think sometimes it's easier to just accept our lads were playing are a better side and not be over critical.
Well we managed to give Liverpool a day off. Utterly toothless whether it was Almiron; Max, Joe or Wood the “attack” at this club is rancid.
Gave a better game than United and Everton managed (not that was particularly hard to be fair). Hope you get the 3 points next week

People are going to go after players like max today as if they were playing cannon fodder. The entire side was just not good enough to cause Liverpool any serious damage They tried and it wasn't an embarrassment at all.
You always felt Liverpool had more in the tank and our lot were feeding off scraps. Still, 2 or 3 seasons and we will be the 'one that knocks'
Maxi has the attributes to be effective he just runs I to dead ends tho mostly (today anyway) Joelinton had a problem all day, lucky to stay on in the end for that tackle on jota imo Was a pretty nervous watch the last 10 mins.
