I didn’t go to mine. A bit like keeping sentimental stuff, I didn’t see the point. I got the degree which was the useful bit, the stage show that goes with it is not my cup of tea.
I never bothered going to my graduation. I've never been one for pomp and ceremony. I didn't want to sit for hours or subject anyone else to sit for hours.
The last couple of years were good not having to travel for work. I’d forgotten just how much I’d grown to hate sitting in airport lounges.
Had a blinder at the food fest on the weekend. Made some decent coin Got another one this weekend, so working full tilt this week again Trying to look after my old dear too as she's not well atm. So I'm round there loads, shopping and cooking for her. Generally keeping an eye on her. Got some hospital appts to take her too, so hopefully we'll know a bit more soon and what sort of treatment is available. Busy times.
