If it's on TV I'd watch it. I can see it now. 30 mins of pre-PK talks with a handful of pundits discussing which we they will take the PK. 5 seconds of live footage as the kick is taken. Then 15 mins of post-PK analysis.
I think refs should operate under some sort of yellow card decision, based on how many major errors they make during the game, once they tally a certain amount, they incur match bans the same as players. And those bans are made public, it would make them up their game.
Remember when they called United back out from their changing rooms to take a spot kick to win the game?

Been a season ticket holder for 15 years,had to give it up, then a member since, we have 8500 matchday tickets,and 50000 gold members after them. Been offered a ticket for a couple of games, but like going with the lad. Never going to pay £300 for 2 £45 tickets mate.
