Same as me used to think both teams from Liverpool so want the to do well but not as good as us . These days though they have shown they'll do anything to beat us including injuring our players,so ****'em, hope they plummet out the league. Ps Where's Tobes
They deserve to go down and in lots of ways it is only the , vague , memory of going to Goodison with Uncle Mick stops that from being an earnest desire these days ,
I can’t bring myself to categorically say I want them to go down but I am certainly not going to feel any sympathy for them I said a few months back that going down could be the best thing for them but it could equally be bad too
Unsurprisingly (or surprisingly considering how much he loved to talk about Liverpool) he doesn't come here these days. Not sure he's been on our board since before Christmas. I have seen him on a few PL threads when I've dared to nip over there. Although I don't think he's on much these days at all. This season must have been the straw that broke the camel's back and he couldn't take having to comment after every Everton game.
Origi is a derby hero and genius. I guess that's why he's going. No more derby to dominate next year.
I want them to go down and won’t lose one bit of sleep when they do. In fact I’ll raise a toast of Jack Daniels to Fat Frank and smile as I drink it. I know all about rivalries in sport as I come grew up in Hull and the sport I grew with is Rugby league and Hull FC v The red and white shyte of East Hull.
In the end there are too many Kevin Campbell types around that club that genuinely think that turning in that level of ineptitude is acceptable and I am sure if you go look on the Web or actually talk to a few bitters they will be 100% convinced they were robbed today. Look at that Everton side. Since they sacked rafa they have played 12 league games I think and got 10 points. Rafa had zero support from their fans, board but was 6 points clear of relegation and had 19 points after 19 games. They appointed lampard and gave him 40mil for alli which is madness all round. Absolutely zero experience in the **** and frankly buy alli of all people when in the **** is tantamount to self harm. If I were going into that club the first man out would be richarilson cos for me he is as bad an attitude as pogba. Rank. I am still convinced that rafa would not have been in this position. He kept Newcastle up for years and got them back up as well. Imo they deserve every bit of this cos it's all self inflicted. There's players there that are far to good to be seeing 17% possession and the fact is iwobi is the one trying hardest and that says it all.
But I think we ought to focus on Diaz absolutely beating Coleman with a ridiculous control followed by blowing by the guy like he wasn't there.
They will though cos nobody on the plant is mad enough to take him off their hands. The point is they committed that backing to lamaprd.but not to rafa. Right now they made it worse by sacking while burnely bizarrely have sacked and appointed nothing but have improved.
Motd. Absolute fit up. Utterly disgusting highlights 3 everton "chance" to 1 first half???? What a joke. Then fat Frank whinging that nobody gets pens at anfield but both were ironed on. 17% possession but most highlights. Only a drunken mule would present that as "highlights" Then all the analysis is everyon chances as if we never had one. absolute joke analysis. micah richards. "I thought everton played well" what kind of moron thinks that!!!!! As gordan said I flopped over after feeling contact. Then jenas doesn't get over turned at anfield. Guess what morons. Stockley park is not at anfield. Var said no but lampard says yes lol. No talk at all of keane blocking off origi run though. Not even shown in main highlights. These didnt even discuss richarilson floppingvover twice and disnt show ricarilson assault on henderson either. utter fit up. Joke.
I think they always cherry-pick incidents to try to make games appear more even. I thought they were reasonably even-handed in their analysis tbh, though I don't like the assertion that penalties are hard to come by for teams visiting Anfield and other top clubs and the suggestion of favouritism. Stats I've seen in the past never supported this view, and indicated that it was just confirmation bias. Anyway, as I said earlier, if you set your stall out to stifle and frustrate and then fail you having nothing to complain about. Everton are not unlucky or badly done to, they're where they are because they're just not good enough.
