    I had a manager that used the same tactics, the letters were often found in the urinals , he tried the same trick with the office clerical assistant who accidentally emailed his wife the booking confirmation of the hotel for him and one of the girls from HR in the same room .

    Firstly, let's discount #1 that the Wail allegations has some basis. It doesn't.
    That leaves 2 options:

    1. Story is just complete bullshit somehow designed to cast Rayner as a sexual predator, but backfiring horribly. Well, it is the Wail, so quite possible. Or

    2. Johnson is just a weak-willed, sad, sexually inadequate ****wit, who has been upskirting like some sick adolescent (or Tory MP) and couldn't resist bragging about it...
