You can't fault TWS support, wish we had fans as committed! As for the lads who pick 4/5 games a season tough! If we can guarantee selling the whole lot out to Leeds do it and get the cash in the bank. I'd just up the price like Barnsley though

We'll have to disagree on that one . I'd rather have 'casual ' city supporters in the ground than a bunch of WS with their camp anthem .

Marching on Together is incredibly camp, but can we really say that we don't sing some cringeworthy crap? If we can be bothered to sing at all?

Massive Support DEFINITELY helps without doubt.

How much success has TWS & West Ham had compared to us over the years?

It undoubtably helps to have Great Support !!!

And for the record, VERY SILLY QUESTION, I hate TWS as much as the next City fan.

Of course it helps to have great support, my point was that it doesn't mean that they should get promoted because of it.

If you go back through my OLD posts, you'll see I tipped West Ham to win the league months ago. They ARE a prem side without question, fan base, massive big name players, play quality football, good manager and I think they are team to beat along with Birmingham.

Based on their following alone obviously this does not give them the given right to promotion but I think they are a decent outfit and will be promoted come end of season. Lets see hey.

Everyone tipped West Ham to go up, they got by far the best team in the league and were always going to have this season.

I'll be amazed if they don't go up.

I was just pulling you up on the suggestion that they deserved to go up because of their good support, as they don't.

Bit of a misunderstanding but a good away support will definitely support a good promo push

Hope you don't mind a Hammer on your thread.
Many thanks to those of you tipping us to go back up again, I only hope that's the case.
We are not playing the West Ham way that I've watched since '72, long ball BFS has turned us into Bolton.
At Doncaster on the 13th August, the gate was 11,344- of this figure the Irons att. was 3,296.
You can probably expect us to use our full allowance.
Hope to see some of you at the Boleyn on the last day of the league.

Thing is though mate BFS will get you promoted .
His style may not sit well with the purists and it's well known West Ham like to play but he gets results .
    Simple as that .

If he stays with you for five years you'll be in Europe .

I have no doubt about that .

I watched the Brighton vs West Ham game and they were awful to watch I think Brighton had around 70%possesion.
They just sat and defended hoping for a mistake which they got leading to there goal.
I asked a Hammers fan I know If its wrong the so called "Acedemy of Football" is playing this style, against everything theyve stood for over the years?
He said "as long we go up I dont care"
    Fair enough!
Selling there soul and beliefs for promotion.
