I find it bizarre that people get so wound up. If it is Crazy Bob people know what he’s like. There might be an element of truth there, so read it, shrug shoulders, move on. No point abusing him. He’ll just throw it back with knobs on. It ends up like a fight in the playground and boys getting detention. I’ve always enjoyed Bob’s posts. But they are nothing more than background noise.

I'm now in the "wait and see" party. Lads like @Prehab26 have been threatened in the past for sharing info given in good faith. Decent ITKs ended up with proverbial egg on the face after the whole Keane debacle proving things can change in a second. Now looking back, and now knowing that Madrox were still around,and what their bread and butter is,the whole Defoe "one last dance" ****e was nothing more than a PR stunt to sell a few shirts and tickets. Lee Johnson probably knew that and said "no way".But I digress, we wait and see.
Absolutely agree with all of this. The Keane and Defoe ****e (which I, and a number of others, expressed reservations about at the time) has cost us automatic promotion imo. Particularly Keane. I believe the board had Neil lined up very quickly. Then Keane started his ****e and the fans started coming in their pants about it and the hierarchy had to act or be lambasted. There was no good football reason to look at Keane. Not one!! Still believe that we’d be too 2 now had he come in before the first post Johnson loss

Well Neil couldn't be blamed could he? Certainly, if he gets us up he is bound to get offers, as he is only on a one year rolling deal, an insult in itself IMO. You either want a bloke or you don't.
Kind of see both sides to the rolling deal. Protects both the manager and the club. You give him a 3 year deal and sack him, costs the club. You give him the rolling deal it leaves you open to this (if it’s actually true). If we go up and they go Down, there is literally no reason for him to go there other than £££
