If Burnley avoid defeat to Wolves on Sunday they will move out of the relegation zone and dump Everton in it. It will be then up to Toffees to get something. At Liverpool. Oof. Could be a huge couple of days at the bottom of the table. Courtesy of BBC website.
If there was one I'd go piss on it Shako, I'd take a **** on her grave if she hadn't been burnt to a crisp with good old British coal
And he may still call it correctly, this year. It’s a funny old game. but yeh in my view we’re going to need some more points. Hopefully starting with 3 at palace.
Yep. We battered Norwich at home. Should have been 5 before half time but we only talk about the injury time winner and how lucky we were. Not how unlucky we were to be 1-1. This could go on and on but the point is we will win games we shouldn't and we will lose games we don't deserve to lose. 10 points from the last 4 games is good by any measure regardless in the PL. It's elite level football and any team can win on the day. We've superceded expectations since Marsch took over yet a few focus on the negatives too much. I'm happy to pick holes in performances but it's pretty harsh when people ONLY look at the negatives. Not saying it's you btw.
All I’d say on the Norwich result, hasn’t it become the norm for us to miss a hatful of chances? We’ve been doing that for the past four years, it isn’t an isolated incident. The bottom line is our attacking line isn’t good enough to put more of those chances away or make the right decision in the final third often enough. I know you want me to be more positive but this season has been a **** show and it’s hard to look beyond the facts, they are that we’ve just beaten the bottom two teams and we were somewhat gifted a miracle against Wolves. Villa gave us a football lesson, we failed to beat free falling Southampton, we’re not going to remain in this division relying on our own results, we just need to hope there are worse teams than us. The next few games is where we see what Jesse is made of, he’ll have more first team players available to him than we’ve had all season. I’m feeling positive we can get something against Palace, we really need to. If we average a point a game for the next 4 games I’ll be happy.

a point a game from the next 4 games would be champions league form and I’m still not sure you’d be happy
I think you’ll find 2 points a game is champions league form, we’re currently averaging a point a game and we certainly have no chance of champions league football.
What a depressing read it was inevitable Burnley would beat Southampton. Our destiny is in our own hands and if we go down we’ll deserve to. Don’t think we will but **** happens.
