Again, your no longer required to isolate so it's your call mate https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/testing/test-results/positive-test-result/
As others have said no requirement to isolate if testing positive anymore. So much so my current workplace, start somewhere new soon thank god, had people coming into work a few weeks ago who tested positive. This despite there being a capability to work from home and people working from home throughout lockdown! However the directors of our part of the company decided a while ago that no one could be trusted to work from home so insisted they come in if they had no sick leave available! This went on for a week or so until a union rep raised it with the ceo who had no idea and put a top to it. So I think you have no legal requirement to isolate, anything you see 5 days etc is recommendations only. And it comes down to how you feel about it.
Great thread as always RTB thanks. Win and take the 3 points. Not bothered how so long as we do. Keep the faith lads and lasses.
Thanks for that Nig, but with all respect, did you refuse to be vaccinated? I feel okay at the moment, a little chesty, but I have been splitting some logs so not too poorly. The reason you isolate is not to pass it onto somebody that might be vulnerable.. elderly, overweight etc.
Alex Neil Press conference: https://safc.com/news/team-news/2022/april/cambridge-united/press-conference-pre-cambridge
Great thread RTB I dont care who plays or where or what the score is...as long as we win Hawaaaaaaaay
Mark Bonner: Our last home game of the season apparently They really are looking forward to getting another awayday scalp here but hopefully Alex Neil will have the players prepared...
Great thread as usual @RTB I'm going for a comfortable 4 nil to the lads. Cambridge can't make play offs, or be relegated = on the beach.
You haven't watched the presser This is their cup final - they want to do the double over the NE clubs
Liked his Hoffman answer?... I pick players on merit, what their contracts and wages are, is nothing to do with me!
LJ engaged with the press and answered all the questions like he knew supporters would be interested. He seemed happy to give his thoughts on speculation. AN answers questions like they’re mostly stupid and he’d rather be somewhere else. He’s just interested in winning the next match. That’s fine when your winning. He’s certainly not big on PR.
I prefer substance to image in a manager myself, each to their own of course, but the all pals together act was pure showbiz , "know what I mean".
I like both men personally, and they are very different characters. I think with AN you are right and he does these under sufference. At times I think he is a bit too dismissive and doesnt credit us or the media with enough intelligence to understand what he is thinking or why he does things. That said I tend to think all press conferences are a bit contrived and I would hate doing them personally.
