Agree with Neville last night in that on paper United and Everton are tricky but in reality they are pound-for-pound for the worst performing teams in the league at the minute. It's hard to tell who is worse out of Michael Keane and Harry Maguire at the minute but if EFC aren't careful this could be anything.
They can't afford the suspensions. Losing a starter for 1-2 games could be the difference between survival and relegation.
So we're at 13-1 goals in derby games this year (Liverpool and NW derbies). A nice 7-0 win will put us at 20-1 and thus what I'm hoping for. Secretly though, I'm pretty nervous and hope we don't F-up our good run. United rolled over but I think it's too much to hope that Everton will do the same despite their bad season. Everton care more to beat us than United do. I'm also nervous of who will come away injured or red carded if tempers flare.
if the following are fit, we stand a chance: Alison, vvd, TAA, fab, Thiago - these are the players that I would try rest when possible, the latter two and Trent would be my priorities
To be fair, City might still win the title for Everton fans this year though, so even if they got relegated, they will still get to celebrate.
Similar to United, we should walk these lot as long as we play to our normal standard. I'm more worried about these w*nkers hacking our players.
Everton were supposed to be relegated many years back, I think a goal was disallowed against Everton. There was no VAR then.
