We've gotta have a clear out this summer.

They have to back Marsch no matter what division we end up in.

You won't go down. Plenty of winnable games left and Marsch has actually done a better job than given credit for.

Cardiff obviously aren’t used to someone putting a tackle in if that wasn’t ‘real bruv’

serious question, what do you think he’d go for doc? Talk was c £10m for Jed Spence - everyone’s favourite ‘next big thing’ championship fullback before the drameh drama

We don't seem to get much money for Bielsa's superstars though, even though he improved them so very much... <whistle>

That’s because he created a team that functioned better than the individuals in it <ok>

    he did improve them

But according to Jesse, ran them into the ground at the same time.

So their value is now calculated by the kg and depends on whether they’re being sold to the glue market or to pedigree chum

Noticeable improvement in Ayling, Cooper, Raph and Phillips, though Phillips had the star quality already.

Raph and Phillips matured under Bielsa but I don't see that Bielsa actually turned their careers around. Raphinha showed amazing quality the moment he played for us.

    It's division dependant though isn't it ?

Klich probably stays if we go down but we need a younger faster model for the PL. That's just one example and I'm sure there would be many differing views on which players fall into which category. Having said that though Klich (again for example) may decide he's had his time at Leeds and wish to leave anyway were we to go down.

As there's no assumption on my part regarding which division we'll be in trying to assemble next season's squad is just futile at the moment.

Eddie starts the league Cup games and has 5 goals in 5 games.

All his other apps have been as substitute.

England U21 players are a different breed in terms of valuations. Noni Madueki for example now quoted at £35m, Fast Eddie will still be a £20m value to whichever club he goes to. Not long ago a lot of the present England players were U21 stars, Alexander- Arnold, Chelsea’s James, Barkley, Loftus-Cheek. But Harvey Elliot, Curtis Jones are both going to be £20m players, Harvey Barnes will be way way more than that. Yes Spence will be at least £10m but could be way more.

Whatever happens Leeds bought a player for less than a million and will either have a top right back worth lots of cash, or will make at least a £10m profit if we sell him. Cresswell Greenwood and Gelhardt are also England U21 stars and Cresswell cost nothing, Summerville is a Dutch U21 star, so Orta has delivered

Bottom line is we can put whatever valuations we want on raphinha etc. reality is, like everything else, they’re worth whatever someone’s willing to pay hard cash for. Last player we got proper cash for was jack Clarke who was probably worth 500k but spurs took a fancy to him

Absolutely, forgot about him. Most under rated player in our squad

Cooper bought for £600k now valued at £7.5m, Bielsa did nothing my arse and if he was younger he would be now worth double.

    I
Said it himself he realised he could do better. Got stuck in and realised his potential. Him Ayling and Cooper are our senior players and leaders now. I would keep them for next season and rodrigo and bamford.
