Yeah, because it's the scouts fault! United have had plenty of fantastic players who would, and have, prospered and performed well at other clubs. The problem isn't that they haven't signed good players (although they've certainly overpaid at times). I suspect there is a cultural problem amongst the coaches and players at the club. Incidentally, what I've heard about their new coach is he's a tight arse that takes no crap... So probably who and what they need to turn things around.
