Anyone know when next seasons cards go on general sale , I have sent an Email to the ticket office as I want to purchase the seat adjacent to the three we currently have for my granddaughter but have not had a response. Where we sit does not change very often so opportunities do not come round very often as our neighbour has indicated he is not renewing hence why I want to react as soon as the ticket becomes available.
Can't see a date for general sale on the website. Earlbird deal ends 5pm today so maybe more news later tonight. Hopefully you get sorted.
I was in a similar situation a number years ago and the person giving up their seat signed a letter to the effect that he was happy to transfer the seat to my son. I took this to the ticket office and was able to secure the seat. Not sure if you can do that now but it might be worth a try.
When it comes to contacting the club it appears to be getting steadily worse , have contacted them on a number of occasions concerning tickets but have generally had to go in person , can’t even do that due to the ticket office being closed . When they ask you to contact them by Email you would expect a reply fairly quickly but I think their Email responses equates to snail mail which is frustrating, looks like I will have to wait till Friday when the ticket office reopens .
