Yes I'm bitter - because they tell me what to do, threaten me if I don't comply - and then don't do any of it themselves.
Why should that be acceptable? That's how a Mafia behave.

Not quite in the same league though is it, of course a burglary is traumatic for the individuals involved. This goes right to the heart of whether the people elected to run our country are trustworthy and honest or not.

The Met should have investigated this months ago, the fact that they didn’t is shocking.

Any UK leader would back Ukrain, Boris is a liar and a cheat, who is taking all of us for mugs.

I understand everyone has their own political views , that’s fine and understandable, I wouldn’t want it any other way, but I really don’t understand the mentality of anyone who thinks it’s ok for a PM to lie and cheat, and mislead parliament, it’s a joke.

That there is even a debate about whether he should go is shocking,,he should be frogmarched out of parliament by his own MP’s.

Have just completed a comprehensive "review" of a number of events that have surfaced in the past 4 month's ....
Everyone has opinions, entitled to a voice, and to some what is trivial to others may be of importance. Caveat is that in some cases what some regard as trivial is because they do not understand the item which is imprtant.
Take the news in the past week... what is the most important ? well in no particular order immigration ... Ukraine ... lock down mispractice .. inflation/fuel cost ... So what should the news be concentrating on mostly [ think, items that will have / could have a devastating consequence on our futures ... key word is devastating!]
Ever since I was introduced to it the DUKE OF WELLINGTON has been a good tool to work with [ piece of paper line down the middle ].
Immigration ..... basically the answer came out as devastating, if allowed to continue, in most forms but certainly as it is now! In the past 15 years [ to 2019] the population of born outside the UK s in excess of 10m [ Oxford Uni stats ].Take 1 generation that 10m = 4 million couples having 2 children = 18million souls! [ easy to say yes but's but this does not add in people prior to 15 years/ take account of what happens over next 20 years its now! ] what does every dwelling need ..water and sewerage. AVON,SOMERSET,DEVON,CORNWALL,DORSET, GLOUCESTER,WILTSHIRE .. would they/will they all fit into these counties .. bearing in mind our existing water works and sewage works ... ? no we would need over 4 times as many sewage plants and need 4 times as much water generated these counties supply just 5 million people with existing water and sewage. besides houses and shops and extra roads we would need double the schools ....

Ukraine ... we are talking news coverage and consequence! again comes out devastating! Title of my Wellington was Putrid Putin /Ukraine ...... in 2013 there was in the civilized world a state of calmness, a few rogue states but primarily civil wars. [ save Iraq v Kuwait ] 2014 & 2021 that all changed, no body really thought??? but it did in 2022. The uneasy trust was truly broken, and not just a simple invasion, but an invasion littered with crimes and an apparent care free attitude of PP to send 10's of 000's of conscripted boys to their deaths ... 1000's of Russian mums wondering why their son hasnt been in touch. HAPPY TO TRADE A FEW pow''s for political gain to say "today we exchanged a few prisoners " mum's we got some of your sons back". DOWN THE LIST is cost now and the future, we will be paying the cost for generations to come .. we think we have to many immigrants and to much poverty ... just wait and see ...... ..
This matter needs cover, it needs continuity it needs to be be keptin the minds eye to combat the untruth's and misinformation regime ... war is not nice but needs to be addressed.
thats 2 of the four ! which of these 2 are most important sofar

I did put the 4 items above #235 in a random order dealt with 1 then 2 but going to skip over 3 to 4! ..
Inflation /fuel bills-cost. immigration and Ukraine are both extremely MAJOR MITIGATING FACTORS TO INFLATION. At this point we have to get real / realistic. Inflation is its own worst enemy, it destroys lives and it can be controlled but is like a cancer or virus! Listening to MP's in parliament debating statehandouts/ poverty/ need for this need for that / build this dont do that project .. is pitiful, but of course that s the oppositions job be the opposite to what the .gov is trying to achieve .. point scoring! When you have no control over something like the oil price or the gas price there is not a lot can be done! Legislation has over the past 10 years ensured houses are properly insulated ... great for the odd million live in them cheaper heating cost by volumn of energy used .... a few million more have double glazing/loft and wall insulation ... the rest just some or sparse! So it has to relevant you get used used to a home thats A in the insulated stakes and your bill goes up per unit the same as everyone else's. Joe Bloggs in his 2020 house pays the same % increase as Sam Smith in his post war 60's 70's 80's house that he has not modified! Both earn the same £16000 pa .... Joe pays £800 pa in 2020 Sam £1050 ... now 30% increase!!! Joe he is worse off by £240 poor Sam by £315, I know it is not fair so why is it not being addressed! I also appreciate some people are single / old / have kids.
BUT I brought this forward because that is not the only aspect to inflation or help to alleviate it.
There is only a certain amount of money in the pot. there is jobs for everyone in this country if they want them. In a job you put in the pot, be it tax or NI. No JOB you take from the pot.... eventually low inflation catch's up, and it starts /is aided by the .gov.. INCOME is steady but payments to fund undesirables/ immigrants that flood the system / additional infra structural needs requires more cash... so some form of tax rise.. then a bit more then a bit more ... BOE raises rate the good old days drift away credit card bumps up a couple quid a month on existing balance / loans go up! ...like mortgage from4% to 5% hey only 1% [ this year.. but wait and see .. next year/ month!] is only £150 ish a month extra!!!!! wait till it gets to 6 7 or 8% .. Rents go up, accomodation for floods of immigrants goes up ................
hey whats the order now is inflation [ properly discussed top of your list?????? ... party time next!

Parliament is where it all happens .. .GOV does its best to improve things / keep things steady / make the rigHt decisions to help the country and the well being of our friends and neighbours in or out of the commonwealth/ Europe /or ......

I am a great believer in punishment suits the crime. Extremely strong on principles, but only when they truly make sense. ON the face of it Boris and a load of others have done wrong... according to the police! They have not been found guilty by a court, they have recieved a NIP / Fixed penalty ticket. I would reckon at some point in everyones life on here they have recieved one. I have contested 4 and won 3 and although not to do with covid they are the same principle.[ actually paid up on 2 others although not guilty as the cost to be innocent was more than the damage to me ] At this point, you have to look at it from the comments made and the situations. I started with column 1 "GUILTY" has to resign! v Column 2 . And filled in my 2 columns. I have always said, mentioned on here loads "look at the bigger/ wider picture.
He has never said categorically he did it knowingly, and mentioned occassions where he was unaware how close to breaking the rules he was, as had always had notification/ assurance no rule was being broken. And none of these events with his attendance was more than double figure minutes, glass of wine or snacks etc. I actually feel that certain words add a lot of anger to a situation. The word party to some might have an entirely different reasoning than someone else. A business meeting , well spread out a glass of wine maybe a sausage roll .. is hardly a party ... alcohol flowing music dancing into the night all fall over! SIR K had the same in office business pint and nibbles!!!....
The wider picture...! Boris is not the best at how he says /presents things at times .. but is consistent. He is also very hard working, multi tasking, in fact whilst observing the rules of lockdown in March 2020 he kept working in isolation until the doctors got him to agree to hospital ... remember the the day.. goes in [ walked ?] and within days was in intensive care being fed litre upon litre of oxygen to keep him alive. Indeed the doctors at one point was considering to announce his death.
We know covid has after effects, not putting forward an excuse but the June events were close to his release / easing of some lockdown rules.
With the chancellor he has saved a lot of businesses and put forward plans to build a better Britain persevered with BREXIT [ funny how some of the main antagonists for his resignation are not leavers! ] .
AND now PUTRID PUTIN, There are number of very good books about the period 1938 - 1952 .. some heavy reading, about tactics and individuals, politicians hero's and the unthanked. I cant actually see any politician in the present houses of Parliament that is capable of doing an equal, let alone better job than Boris..... did he mislead, ? was he guilty of being there! does the punishment fit the crime? ... well I think lets get Putrid Putin out of the waysort Ukraine, then dwell on his persecution!

so whats your order of importance of what should be discussed and for how long!

He broke his own rules, he lied about it, as the PM he should set an example, therefore he should go. All the rest is a smoke screen. Oh and by the way, I was, and am, a Brexiteer .

listened to it, like my comments say everyone entitled to an opinion.. also made a case for waiting, and so am I [ brexit ] BUT NOW MEANS NOTHING job is done we are out and the bitterness anti brexiteer only comes from those that lost the vote. And arent we lucky we came out ... our compact little island would have suffered twice as badly, or worse with covid, had poor vaccination record and been in the sh*** now
