Two ****ing morons did not want to find Vincent Tabac guilty of murder. Honestly, how ****ing stupid can some people be? Vincent Tabak has been found guilty of the murder of Joanna Yeates by a 10-2 majority verdict at Bristol Crown Court. The 33-year-old Dutch engineer strangled next-door-neighbour Miss Yeates, 25, at her flat in Clifton, Bristol, in December 2010. She was last seen on 17 December and was reported missing by her boyfriend two days later. She was found dead on Christmas Day when her body was spotted by dog walkers on a snowy country lane in Failand, North Somerset, three miles from her home.Police arrested Tabak on January 20 after matching his DNA to samples found on Miss Yeates's body and clothing. Tabak admitted manslaughter but denied murder of the landscape architecht. Before sentencing, Mr Justice Field told the jury: "I think there was a sexual element to this killing."Detectives found Tabak had paid for sex with a prostitute in the US two weeks before Yeates' murder. As the verdict was delivered, Tabak immediately sat down and put his head in his hands. He has been sentenced to a minimum of 20 years imprisonment.
Tabak was pleading that he did not intentionally mean to kill her, that it managed to happen in a scuffle after she started screaming when he was trying to kiss her. He had a pretty strong case for this since he didn't attack her sexually etc. Ultimately the jury were ordered by the Judge to find him guilty if they believe he killed her intentionally - and not guilty if they believe he did not mean to kill her. It's not that amazing that two jurors believed that he didn't mean to kill her, it wasn't that clear cut - personally I'm not sure how you accidentally suffocate someone, shouldn't it take a few minutes of holding them down?
That bit confused me: that he strangled her in 20 seconds. Did he snap her neck in two with his superhuman grip?
Wow you really are a **** to wish that on a mother. No doubt Mick and the rest will think its funny. And this prick is a mod. Well done. Well done indeed.
but the point is that he was cleared of manslaughter as well-- like has been asked how do you 'accidentally' kill somebody in those circumstanses - and IT not at least be manslaughter ?
Without piano wire or a cord it is quite time consuming, however the small ones can fit in the boot easier and struggle less.......
