Ba - Faster and stronger

  1. Does anyone notice that Ba has been getting even more sharp and even stronger with each game past?

I know that he was on Ramadan before, and i know that he obviously seemed more physically great when he started eating regularly, but i personally feel he's getting stronger with each game, and he looks faster than ever.

There are times where he has clear space to run into and he accelerates like like Mike Ashley chasing a gregs fan with chili sauce up his arse. Also the rate he covers ground looks phenomenal at times.

When we were playing, i think, Spurs at home, there was a point in the match where Spurs played it back to their keeper, and Ba anticipated the pass back, and i could barely believe the amount of ground Ba covered in such little time, and he was about 0.15232 seconds away from catching out Friedel.

He also looks like he's getting stronger and he's winning more in the air. When he first came here he was a bit of a push over, now he's challenging tougher players in the air, and is pretty much, IMO, probably starting to beat Best in terms of strength, and is probably on par with him when it comes to winning things in the air.

Does anyone else notice how much Ba is physically improving? He's developing his game and using his strength and physical abilities in the exact right way, becoming a bit of a nightmare for defenders. He's probably been on the weights.

  3. You obviously didn't read the article. I said it's understandable that he would seem better physically when he started eating, but i also think that he's getting even stronger as the season is progressing and also sharper.

Because he's returning to fitness every week. From not eating.

I dont read the articles either. It's become apparent you dont have a point, you just want people to agree with you.

He's still getting back to full fitness after Ramadan, even he said this, so my point is still valid.

Nah it's fun. I read the first sentence and get a pretty good idea of what you're going to say. Then later, you tell me to **** off and block you if I dont want to read it.

    Well, kinda obvious isn't it?

Your body adapts to exercise. The more you run, the faster and further you can run the next time. The same applies to footballers. The more they train and play, the fitter and stronger their bodies will become.

  15. You're talking about a very small percentage of my articles. And i don't tell you to **** off all the time, not even a significant amount of the time, not even quite occasionally. It's very rare, and it's not like you don't do your part in provoking me.

Spouting ****e about my articles, implying that even a significant portion of them are like what you just described, when you know you're just cherry picking the few that you think are ****, and saying most of my articles are like that.

Just **** off if you've not got anything relevant to say ffs.

    <laugh> Point taken.

What I said was about your article though, so what's the problem? Don't you accept a bit of constructive criticism?

I really like Ba. And you know what annoys me? When people state we didn't sign a striker over the summer!!!

Just irritating how they totally forget about Ba, banging on about Carroll's replacement all the time.

9 games in. Ba has 5 goals. How many goals did Carroll have last season, 9 games in? 5!

    What's that about no striker??

    Yeah

Exactly this! We raved about him for months then it's like "well why didnt we sign a striker?!". Then we're going to buy Maiga or someone and have 2 replacements for him.
