    Well from my earlier posts...

I am disappointed how we set up and the tactics we played...

    Clarke was poor

Long range balls over the top... did not work!

    cheers again RTB...

two teams more worried about losing than winning the day i felt, loads of long aimless balls from both sides.

camara was the stand out player for me, none of our lot really did anything special apart from plenty of tackles, we just did not have anyone that wanted to take the game by the scruff and get at them...possibly clarkes worst game so far with no effect whatsoever, onien a bit lucky with his grabbing out all the time and looked off the pace, matete probably would get my MotM for us purely down to his work rate rather than anything productive.

i would like someone from the FA if they happen to be reading (lol, expecting them to be able to read) but exactly what would constitute a penalty these days?
i thought a defender not even looking towards the ball, grabbing an attacker (stewart) and basically forcing him to the floor would be enough...apparently not, for us anyway also holding a striker by the arm and holding him back and stopping him jumping (broadhead) would be a yellow anywhere else on the pitch so why not in the box?

Plymouth got Wigan away and MK at home they won't get more than 3 points from that probably not even. Wycombe play sheff Wed so one or the other or both drop points. Win next saturday and we will be In pole position

They've only won one of their last five, that's down to nerves I reckon.

We're battling on and have two home games coming up ...

... I think we'll win the last three.

Rotherham, Wigan and MK all away tomorrow, someone is dropping points.
Wigan at home to Plymouth next, along with Wycombe v Sheff Wed, someone is dropping points.

    Very poor that today mind.
Sloppy passing throughout and we didn’t look like taking a chance.
They were there for the taking and we were well short.
Very disappointing and team selection substitutes didn’t work. Clarke should have been taken off instead of Embleton.

Roberts of its like for like or have a bit of a swap round and pritchard replaces him.

Could even suggest Gooch could replace him, at least he runs around a bit

we can’t mathematically catch Wigan at all though so we can forget them.

Only mitigation for Clarke, is he us better on the left.

Wtf was 09 on the left as a wingback.

    Baffling!

Wycombe, Plymouth and Sheff Wed are all we need to care about fixtures-wise now. Forget MK and Rotherham - they both only realistically need 3 more points to make it above us, even if we win all of our remaining games. And Wigan we can’t catch at all.

So we just need to focus on being the team that doesn’t finish 7th. For that reason todays result was decent enough in that it took points off Plymouth

I know but a loss tomorrow could put them under pressure to beat Plymouth.
