I wonder if Chelsea are just tired after their trip to Madrid and are taking it easy the first half? They know they’ll have most of the ball so they haven’t played a high tempo because they are just trying to conserve energy. Palace will be thinking that’s wasn’t a difficult 45 mins

I dont really see it like that. I've seen them dominate us 3 times already this season and miss loads of chances. We need to match thier intensity. The thing is we have scored off them so really this is all about swansong for cheslea players Game needs a very strong ref
Thing that made me laugh in chelsea palace was 2-0 down and Chelsea had a corner in final 10 mins. Palace had all 11 players back in their area. Cleared the ball and just went back to Chelsea. never understand in normal games why don’t have 1 or 2 fast guys up top to at least try and counter but not to have anyone up there when losing in semi final made no sense.
Hmmmm. As I recall at the bridge mount missed 2 sitters and pulisic 1 on 1 saved by alisson just for example. My view would be no henderson v chavs in the final at this point. We need to repeat the city trick but I worry that city played right into our hands with fernandinho and silva deep and no mark grealish at 10. But keita was good and did his job so I'd hope we can boss cheslea.
