Did the last "Good" Friday we played not live up to expectations? Looking at the positives the weather was lovely.

    I’d like derby to win.

They’re going down… much more fun to prolong the agony… it’s the hope that kills etc.

Bang goes the profit made on Chris Woods. Sell a striker who kept you up for £25m, but german striker who fires blanks for £20m. £5m profit in new yank owners trousers, he thinks great easy money…… roll forward a few weeks and make a cock of yourself….

The more I think about Firpo, the more I think he might make it for us. He's certainly had a torrid time of it & TBF, I don't think he ever settled down. New team, new colleagues, new manager, new country, new weight limit requirements, horrifying new training regime, & a most confusing & unusual playing style. That would throw a lot of players, & should come as little surprise that he couldn't match what was expected of him. If anything, he tried too hard to fit in (just look at some of the tackles / yellows!). I think JM has got the time with him to bring the player out of him. He could turn out to be a very good signing. I hope .....

Hope you are right, I think Roberts is more of a striker than Firpo is a LB that’s how badly I see it at the moment but granted, let’s see if Jesse can settle him at LB.

Firpo gave the ball away twice vs scum and then jogged back.

I can forgive him being **** but I can't forgive the lack of effort. Especially against those ****s. He can go back to Spain for me.
