This lot have worked their bollocks off all season real credit to a group of fit young lads and one old one , To keep the effort up for this long is impressive mentally and physically , that despite virtually no full backs for half the season at least . Really impressed and pleased for them the owner and most of all us!!
I imagine a lot of them are his fans rather than Hull City fans , he was very good today though and I hope we sign him
McGuiness Flint a 1970s rock band hit the UK charts in 1970s as I remember with ‘When I’m dead and gone’ which probably describes the two Cardiff defenders’ futures after gifting us our first goal today!

Like a wasp at a BBQ. Pleased for the lad though. Showed promise but never MOTM. Bit like that silly **** on here this week who said Honeyman has done nothing all season.
He wasn't a stand out MOM today but to be fair no single player really stood out for us so if him getting his goal and MOTM sets his confidence sky high them I'm all for it. I hope we sign him in the summer ( I'm sure it's already done ) as I think he'll do very well if paired up with an experienced head up top.
I do wonder what Shota is planning shape wise. He prefers 4-3-3 but our 2 best centre backs are left footed. We are having success playing 343/352 and have all season, going to need to recruit very well to play 4-3-3. Allahyar I feel would be better in a 2 up front.
I'd like to see us stay as we are shape wise ( at the back at least ) but play a proper 2 upfront, I'd have an experienced goalscorer up top, then have KLP and Allahyar fighting for the other place alongside him.
I suspect he may be playing either side of an experienced centre half in the front 3. Which side probably depends on whether KLP is retained and who else comes in. Then the balance of the midfield 3 becomes key. Suspect one will be a holding type and the two either side box to box? Certainly need to improve ball retention if we're going to play that way.
