When things aren't going well for a club, the easiest thing for an owner/board to do is sack the manager rather than looking at what the real problems might be. It might give them a brief lift but the problems still remain.

Should've stuck with Dyche, taken the relegation and put money in to get them back up. What they've done is very risky.

Yip. A lot of managers will be looking over their shoulders.

I would think every team who wants him will be better than Burnley.

Yet another baffling decision by owners panicking.

What do they expect a new manager to do in the 8 games left that will miraculously turn them around?

Dyche won't be short of offers in the summer

Not a club I'm arsed about nor like. Been in the top flight too long with their ****e football, like us, they had to go in the end.

Right enough but I suspect that there will be Burnley Fan Sites where there are Fans screaming for him to be sacked.

I read that BIG SAM is in the frame to play the lead role in this Houdini Saga.

There will have been mate but they wouldn’t have been as successful without him.
I don’t think they’ll stay up whoever goes in.

He'll end up at Watford or somewhere like that.

His type of football wouldn't excite top half Premiership owners so reckon he'll be picking up a rebuild job in the Championship.
