Initially the Russians were saying that it was "human error" that caused the explosion, but they now say they're going to target Kyiv as a consequence of the sinking. Sounds to me as though the Ukrainians did the job!!

So Nato/ or Europe/UN know its location! FORTE10 switched it transponders on and off to let everyone know where it was . It patrolled about 20 miles radius! from around 56,000ft. Rare to see our drones over the Black sea advertising their position!

I must say the sinking of this ship has to have pissed off Putin, assuming he has been informed, and it looks like it was done by Ukraine which means more civilians will be targeted. The mighty Russian military is looking not quite so formidable given the successes of the Ukrainian forces and I suspect the next move will be critical for all parties but I expect the touted large invasion to secure the land bridge to Crimea will be bloody beyond horror. Given that the Russians are purportedly exhuming bodies of the murdered to cover up their atrocities I would think they need to do as much as is required before they go back on the attack. We can only hope that enough weaponry of the right type is now in the hands of the defenders to hopefully deal another blow to the heart of an insane megalomaniac. Having seen all of this scenario build up over the last month or so and the inability of Russian troops to achieve anything other than murder and atrocities makes me wonder how affective they would be given a full on attack by NATO troops and their sophisticated armaments? The supposed intent of Putin to stop NATO building on it's doorstep is now looking even more stupid than his reasoning because he has inflamed all surrounding countries, other than Belarus, to step up their individual commitment to protect their borders by wanting to join NATO at the earliest possibility and when you consider the unknown quantity of what troop deployments have been he has created his own nightmare.
I’ve said it before, but NATO analysts will have watched and dissected the capabilities of the Russian armed forces in a true battlefield situation. From a layman’s perspective, they don’t look as good as many people first thought!

True but the Russians have never fought wars with clever technology. They just send in more men than the enemy have bullets. Eventually they overrun the enemy with sheer weight of numbers and brute force.
I would say about a third right! 2/3rds is bombing and causing fear whether military property or domestic to say "keep fighting if you do so happen to win, then where you going to live and what you going to eat ....

It has become clearly obvious that Putin's belief that all Ukrainians should be killed or be stomped on by his soviet style brutality has no bounds. I wonder what has happened to all those people forcibly taken to Russian territory as part of a supposed humanitarian evacuation and when I saw an interview yesterday by one of the women who were in the Mariupol maternity hospital I think I can see the real story. The interview was watched by a nurse who knew the woman and her expression when she heard the words being forced from her was quite shocking to say the least. Obviously the Russians are using some of these so called refugees to follow the script they are given, probably under threat of something terrible, to promote Putin's lies to the suspecting world. The killings will continue because that is the way Russia has consistently waged war and as someone posted on here they will continue until they run out of bullets and men to further their brutality. Over the last few days I have been watching several documentaries and they all clearly showed the Soviet/Russian mentality of killing en-masse no matter whether they are civilians or military targets. The upcoming battle in Ukraine's east will be bloody beyond belief and I wonder how far the rest of the caring world will allow this savagery to go on unabated and where has the oft mentioned line in the sand been drawn? The consensus appears to be when any other NATO country is compromised in some way but have they considered that Putin is no dummy, except in the humanity department, and has probably lined all of his false flags in a row which will include many pokes in the eyes that will just be enough to bypass the acid test for depravity and excess.
I made chatter with a compatriot, re FORTE10 being airborne for past 12 hours but mostly in Aegean ... apparently Russia has 2 large crusiers and other warships in the med. Whilst Bospherous is closed to ALL warships going in, exclusions are ships with home base in Black sea ... Russia it is thought dont have any! but NATO has a few!!! Could be FORTE10 IS KEEPING AN EYE! There were 5 drones in / over Europe today from 4 countries also a lot of cargo planes in both directions ..must be enough munitions to supply all the nato countries as well Ukraine!
Are you using tracking filters to find these planes John because trying to find them amongst all of the traffic on the normal site is virtually impossible? I know you have multiple screens going at the same time but we mere mortals have no chance of finding specific planes of importance in the skies over the North Atlantic and the combat zone without better knowledge. Late message from Putin to his naval commanders: Please find as many men still alive that you can dress up in naval uniform and say they are the crew from the Moscow. It will improve our image in the rest of the world. NOT?
yes I dont use the paid version, and you can filter out commercial planes. It is often interesting that a plane leaves seaboard and dissapears ... beacon/transponder switched off....so far have only seen 3 military Russian aircraft they all travel without beacons on ...the 2 major satellite Co's probably can! track them. FOR THERE TO BE SO MANY STRATO TANKERS IN THE AIR at the same time there must be a lot more going on ..... just binned about 4 sheets of A4 [ recycled backs of print I get ] with callsign info on! there s some phantastic ... jet ones ..
