Big ern is a genius I say.......he should be an member of Parliament I think....he's well trained and doesn't need a treat
That's lost of ern the gurn dude....he only knows what it's turned into(corporations hijack)and doesn't understand the job of a government in its true sense which you correctly stated
lol, you have no idea of how the world works at all, unsurprising considering your information sources.
Pics of the halloumi please. We’re having that grilled tonight with salad, humous, olives, pitta bread, various crap; not sure what to expect tbh
Tiz nice cut into fingers with streaky bacon wrapped around it and cooked in the oven with honey(last five mins)....finish off with a sweet chilli dip.
It's funny someone saying business is "how the world works" when you look at what's happened to the rail network, the NHS, the prison service, the schools, now that they're being turned into businesses. They do anything but work
lol, except the reason they got turned into businesses is because they were so ****ing bad beforehand. Almost every nationalized institution was ****ed because of it.
Id imagine so. Cheeky silverspoon **** buying cocktails on expenses with your money while telling you how **** you are at being in full time work and still poor
Except you weren't talking about nationalised institutions. You were crowing about how government is all about business. Clearly it's not. It's role is to ensure that those institutions serve their purpose effectively and for the betterment of society. And what you've ended up doing is proving that when government sacrifices everything in an endeavour to promote business it only serves those businesses not those services. HTH
Scenario: Finland votes to apply for NATO membership. Russia launches an attack on Finland before they officially join or are accepted. (As Russia has threatened). Is that enough of a provocation to declare war on Russia even if not technically contractually obliged? Personally, I highly doubt Russia will do anything to Finland. They're already getting their arse kicked by Ukraine, and Finland has kicked it in the past too... But, I think an attack on Finland for expressing intent to join NATO would justify a response...
Honestly, I think it'll be quite the opposite. The U.S/NATO will use it as an excuse not to declare war. They will want to avoid it at all possible cost. What's more interesting imo is what happens if Finland joins NATO while Russia is attacking them. Would NATO declare war then? And knowing they may have to, would they let Finland join? Agree it's unlikely Russia will attack Finland anyway after the fiasco in Ukraine.
