Just reading that Etheridge has been released from hospital after being knocked unconscious on the weekend.

Hola from Cuba !! Yes I admit the Havana Club 7 rum took a bashing I let out such a yell all the Candians and Germans thought I was having a fit hahaha. It's so fugging hot here I keep having to drink more to keep the fluid intake up, on the beach it's 36c in the shade with a warm breeze off the sea, how the hell am I going to cope with coming home?
