if players did not insure themselves they got nothing, The clubs got the value of the player.These days the agents make sure player is insured by the club and is included in their.contract.Well one good thing agents do

Well most big businesses insure themselves so that when staff are off sick they can be temporarily replaced whilst still paying the sick employees their sick pay.

 

Depends on the cover put in place and the excess. This is similar to normal mortals where we pay first £x of a claim they tend to be weeks or months.

He took exception to me "bragging" about my new X5. FFS guys, it was all a piss take and wind up banter but he wouldn't let it go. He became abusive and threw his toys out of the pram. I've got no problem with any member of this forum (except Tree lard ), but at the time he lost it completely and slung his hook.

I've no idea at all if it was because of that spat, but if it was, I do regret winding him up to the point where he couldn't handle it. Incidentally, I thought he was given a very fair crack of the whip by wiz at the time regarding his abusive language and fake PM claims.
