    I need a proxy to change geolocation and to securely log into an online bank, Paypal. What proxies are suitable for such tasks?

    Get a proper VPN. The ones that come with Norton 360 etc won't work because the IP Addresses they use are known to large organisations

    A Virtual Private Network utilises protocols and configurations at router level. It is how they work.

    These software only VPN's are a load of bollocks and nonsense. They are something (maybe running over a Tor) or maybe just a bollocks sell to idiots but they are not a VPN and cannot ever be.

    I know how to use Google and all common options are not suitable because they are all discredited and often if you just go through it, you are already under suspicion and no presumption of innocence works, they just don’t let you in!
