So, if the Government are so corrupt, how come they can't get a measly fixed penalty notice waved. Would they be asked to resign if they were caught speeding or dropping litter? :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Are speeding tickets something Johnson’s government implemented? Has Johnson been all over the tv telling everyone repeatedly for months on end the importance of not speeding. You really are a simpleton.
