So got to the ground with my mate around 7:30 last night, was told yesterday morning by NUFC to pick my tickets up on the turnstile, they'll be sorted out.

So get to the turnstile, ask the bloke for mine with my name. He flicks through the envelopes and says he doesn't have any tickets with my name. We speak to a supervisor who tells us some of the tickets didn't get sent down by the Box Office in time and we have to pay for new ones.

Quick rush to the cash machine, get money out and pay for new tickets, 24quid each. Just got in, in time for the game. And because they were new tickets we were shoved right on the end (admittely, it wasn't a bad view).

On the phone to them today, gunna have to go down there tomorow to get my money back and sort this out. So incompetent, it's unreal.

Game was a stroll, though. Tiote, Barton and Williamson were outstanding. Best and Lova worked hard up top as well - seem to be gaining a decent partnership.

Never had bother personally with them but mistakes happen. As long as you get your money back, they might even hoy something else in for you having to pay down there.

Well, I'm making sure I get something out of it! Even if it's a free NUFC mug!!

I just find it bizarre they didn't send some new tickets down in time. Ridiculous.

They are absolutely useless mate, ****ing clueless tossers.

They sent me my renewal trying to charge me adult price, I rang up saying I was student. They said well you will only be eligible for the next two years so is it worth it????????? Of course it is ****ing worth it you stupid cow. They said I had to prove I was a student by taking my ID to them with my student card.

So many problems with the ****ers, everyone seems to have a problem with them at some point and for good reason, they are lazy, clueless and just plain old rude.

They must just love me or something then, the wife was ****ing up with our tickets one time, when paying for students, she just put them through as Juve's for the hassel.

    Nice lady :)

Never had an issue with them to be fair.

Seemed overawed to be sending tickets abroad and then commented that my English was very good but apart from that...

That happened to me as well. You need either an NUS card or a valid student identification.

There a bunch of tossers at the box office. Earlier in the I went to buy my tickets for the Bolton away game. So I went to SJP early on the day of the Wigan game to get them because I thought that would be the best time to get them because I was in town for the Wigan game that day. When I arrived at SJP there was a long queue as people were trying to get tickets for that days game against Wigan. I joined the queue and I was there about 30 mins when I got close to the box office door. A guy who worked there was standing by the door and he was asking everyone if they were waiting for tickets for the Wigan game. So I said no and that I wanted a ticket for Bolton Away. The bloke said try the club shops because the box office is only selling tickets for todays game. So I went round the corner to the SJP club store and they said that they don't sell match tickets because they are too close to the box office. I quickly went round to the Monument store as there was only about half an hour untill kick off. I got there and they told me only the box office sells Away tickets as the club shops don't have the system on there computers or some sort of bollocks like that. I went to my seat in SJP and got there with about a minute to spare till Kick off. After the match the box office was closed but there were 2 guys going in. I asked if they would let me buy a ticket buut they told me to come back on monday but the deadline for season ticket holders was the sunday. So as you can Imagine I was foaming with the bastards. In hindsight i'm glad I didn't go to Bolton with the 5-1 thrashing but thats not the point.

I have a child season ticket this year as I'm only 17 but in November I'm 18. Therefore I'd be in the student price band rather than the child price band for the majority of games next season but I will be in the child price band at the beginning of the season so when I renew my season ticket will I have to pay a child price or a student price for it?

I can understand your frustration, I use the online system which can get overrun at times and have phoned up and bought tickets, once you make a purchase on either of these methods you can usually set up a user account for yourself, never really had any issues to get mad about.

Yeah, I'm registered online now but I had to go in to the box office to get that done because my supporter number was not set up for online sale. It's much easier online.
