They think it's done mate. You should get over there and tell them some home truths. https://www.grandoldteam.com/forum/threads/relegation.113693/page-1018
Everton are still pretty far from being safe... One win for Burnley and one Loss for them is more than likely over the next couple of weeks
They’re almost identically bad, but one cost £12.5m less than the other. As I said, Burnley are doing better PPG with Weghorst than they did with Wood. He’s made them better than the direct comparison which is the only real gauge. Some then say we’re doing well with Wood, or better PPG with Wood than we did with Wilson, but who would you pick every day of the week? Wilson. You’ve got to be some kind of moron to believe Wood is a decent player.
Wilson is a better finisher without a doubt but his all round game is not as good. I think it can be an difficult thing to judge if people base their views on what they see on the telly. The camera's pick up only a small percent of what happens on a pitch most the time. I would also state that I'd actually cash in on Wilson this summer. I like the guy, I appreciate what he's done and brought to the club but he's been an ever present in the traetment room, every season he has a serious injury keeping him out for months and months on end. This was the same with him at Bournemouth too.
I think wood is a decent enough striker tbh. ... He's not the type with a hairband that you see doing fancy tricks, but his all around game is reasonable in all areas.
Unfortunately no, Norwich winning has put us under massive pressure as they are due some Man Cityesque title winning form for the remainder of the season
