I don't think the constant parade of managers has helped. How are the squad supposed to form a cohesive unit when constantly changing managers? Rafa and Lampard just the latest in a line.

Usually I'm all for sticking with a manager and giving him time (Fergie famously was crap his first year with United)... Don't think of all the managers you've had that Lampard is the one to give more time to though.

Stick with him now. Only Carlo was a decent appointment by Moshiri.

Looked way closer than the amount of time they usually take to find an offside.

Toon unlucky with that as the build up was great football.
