Salah will of course start due to experience and his name, but really shouldn't be.

I'd go 4231... play Bobby, Diaz and Mane behind Salah.

Sticking to 433, I'd go Mane, Bobby and Diaz

    Totally agree
    Think he needs a rest
    Can’t fault his commitment though

I'd love to see the former formation against the cannon fodder, but against City, our midfield would get rolled.

I actually see the 4231 as more conservative than offensive and think it offers a stronger midfield; the three would help out defensively, the two concentrate on protecting the backline and allows the FBs a bit more freedom than 433 does if under pressure. Salah up top makes them concerned about the pace in behind.

4231 can be 451 so ultra defensive depending on the players. 2 no 6s. A cm as no 10.

Klopp would say we play 6 midfielders not a 433 given in another club mane could play rw etc etc.

A pun worthy of any rag's back page.

    Lose and title is gone.
Draw and its still too close.
Win and its still too close.

Our fixtures make this a tougher task for us to win the league, even if we beat them.

Yup. Still can't see us actually winning, could be draw though. Then it's not in our own hands anymore, but we can keep the pressure on.

Well if they swing a lazy leg over the top of a ball and let a lad have an open goal or trot back lazily then by definition it's not trying their best.

Jurgen Klopp is a conservative man, he said even if we beat City on Sunday, the title is not done yet. Neither can afford to lose .

Lose and title is unlikely. Draw and title is unlikely. Win and title is on a knife-edge.

I won't accept defeat of the title even if we lose the game. Always hope.

Drop four points before end of season? City's done it in their last five games... They can still drop it in the run in with games playing thick and fast.

This is how I see it. This game isn't a title decider but could have massive influence obviously
