No but the goat I buy is cut bone and all into two inch chunks, that's why it takes 5 hours to cook, for the gristle to dissolve. I've eaten "cow leg" in African restaurants which is actually hoof. Crunchy as ****. There was all-sorts in their "mixed-meat curry"... Sauce was as hot as napalm too.
Oft. I don’t like things that are too spicy. A nice bit of lamb with garlic and rosemary and vine tomatoes roasted. FYI.
You can't beat roast lamb. I'll try anything and those African restaurants in Leicester are a real challenge.
Naked Noodles are pretty good though, as are their rice offerings. Can't beat a bit of Angel Delight either, to be honest. What the **** is wrong with you?
You seem to eat a lot of goat, is it any good? I have never tried it but I can't say it appeals to me in the slightest.
Like lamb, slightly stronger tasting and tough so need to cook it for longer. I've seen the frozen packs in ethnic shops come from Spain so why don't you ask a local goatherd if you can try it.
It's very tasty if cooked properly in a curry; otherwise Never cooked it myself so can't advise but have had it cooked for me and it was tremendous. Surprisingly better than lamb curry IMHO.
I like noodles. I don't have a full understanding of the different types. I think there's as many (or more) types of noodles than there is pasta types.
I can see that working out well Monny: "So, local goatherd can I try one of your goats?" The mind boggles.
