My lady tells me its a sure sign that old age has set in, I don’t believe her.

I bought myself a new pair of trousers,

    Cords, bad sign she says

Mustard colour, certain sign she bellowed.

I may be wearing them for tomorrows game so you cant really miss me, the tall slim gentleman in mustard cords, that should inspire the lads to a win.

Will you be wearing them with a cardigan ? That would be a sign of old age.

I'm sure the bulge is above the waistline & as for the legs well, we'll just have to take your word for it. Did you get the shoes as a freebee or is it the old cherry 10 ups

I quite like cords and cardigans, my daughter and niece think that is awful.

My own version os the genre is grey shoes..I think they are worse that a cardi and cords

Funnily enough, mustard colours are actually bang on trend at the moment. Walk into any river island and you'll see a lot of colours like that.

    Black Cats set for catwalk

Nicklas Bendtner is one of seven Sunderland stars set to hit the catwalk at next week's Fashion Strikes event.

Members of the Sunderland first team are set to take to the catwalk next week in SAFC Foundation's 'Fashion Strikes' charity fundraiser at the Stadium of Light.

Stars Lee Cattermole, Nicklas Bendtner, Fraizer Campbell, David Meyler, Connor Wickham, Phil Bardsley and Ahmed Elmohamady are all lined up for the catwalk show, with other members of the Sunderland squad joining guests at the event to raise money for the club's registered.

The players will be joined by guest models Olympian and professional boxer Tony Jeffries, Ms Sunderland, Philippa Attle and Mr North East, Nathaniel Smith, along with a selection of professional models such as Cyprussyd the once revered supermod from the infamous not606 sunderland forum.

Commenting on the event, captain Cattermole said: "We recognise we have a responsibility to the local community that supports us. We're absolutely delighted to be able to by taking part in the catwalk show for SAFC Foundation, which is an absolutely amazing organisation.

The theme of the evenig will be fashion from the 60s and 70s, where the stars will show off their cast off from their fathers and grandfather, and it is rumoured that one of the guests has even revived the once fashionable mustard coloured cords, which will surely be worth the entrance fee alone. No cardigans required.
